Terms of Service

1. Who these terms cover

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("Merchant," "you") and Fehrist ("Fehrist," "we," "us"), governing your access to and use of the Fehrist platform, dashboard, storefronts, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating a store.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and staff logins.
• You must be legally able to enter a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Plans, billing, and limits

Paid plans are billed in advance for the interval shown at checkout. Each plan includes the product, staff, and order limits described on our Pricing page. Any change in plan or billing timing is shown before you confirm it; fees are not prorated except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to sell anything illegal, to defraud customers, to infringe someone else's intellectual property, or in a way that disrupts the Service for other merchants.

5. Your content and products

You retain ownership of your store's content, product data, and customer data. You grant us a license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

6. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law,Fehrist is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
