30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging and all accessories must be included
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase
• Item must not show signs of wear or damage

How to Return

1. Contact our customer support team at support@shophub.pk
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Receive a return shipping label
4. Ship the item back to us in original packaging
5. Receive your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive the item

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized items
• Items marked as final sale
• Perishable items
• Items damaged due to customer misuse

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 1-2 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank.
