Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to accounts, storefronts, apps, APIs, files, messages and other use of Fehrist.

1. Illegal and harmful activity

Do not use Fehrist to break the law, facilitate violence or exploitation, evade sanctions, launder money, traffic people or goods, defraud anyone, or create a material risk to public safety.

2. Prohibited products and content

• child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate material or sexual exploitation;
• terrorist content or credible threats of violence;
• stolen goods, illegal drugs, unlawful weapons or products whose sale is prohibited in the relevant market;
• counterfeit goods, deceptive listings or material that infringes intellectual property;
• malware, credential theft, phishing, spam or services designed to bypass security;
• regulated goods or services offered without required licenses, age controls, disclosures or approvals.

3. Platform abuse

Do not probe or bypass security, access another tenant, scrape at disruptive volume, overload infrastructure, hide malicious code, manipulate limits, resell unauthorized access or use the Service to attack another system.

4. Deceptive commerce

Stores must accurately identify the seller, prices, material product details, delivery expectations and refund terms. Fake reviews, impersonation, undisclosed recurring charges and misleading scarcity or earnings claims are prohibited.

5. Messaging and privacy

Do not send messages without a lawful basis or required unsubscribe mechanism. Do not collect, buy, disclose or use personal information unlawfully, or place highly sensitive information in fields not intended for it.

6. Enforcement

We consider context, severity, repetition and legal requirements. We may limit content, disable a feature, suspend a store, preserve evidence or report conduct. Where practical and safe, we provide notice and a way to explain or correct the issue.

7. Reporting

Report suspected abuse with the store URL, relevant evidence and your contact information to legal@fehrist.com. Do not include unnecessary sensitive data.
