Store setup

Identity, currency, order numbering, shipping, and your domain — all under Settings in the sidebar.

Settings is organized into tabs: General, Payments, Plan, Billing, Domain, and Marketing (covered in Marketing & tracking).

Store identity (General)

Branding

  • Store name — shown in the admin header, emails, and storefront.
  • Logo and favicon — uploads are downscaled and stored automatically; you can also paste a hosted image URL instead of uploading.

Store defaults — currency

Pick your store's currency from the dropdown (USD, EUR, GBP, PKR, AED, SAR, INR, SGD, AUD, CAD, and more). This is the base accounting currency for product prices, shipping, reports, and financial reconciliation. Regional display and charge currencies are managed separately under Settings → Markets; every converted checkout preserves an immutable base-currency equivalent.

Payments and launch readiness

The Payments screen labels each method as Ready, Test only,Action required, or Blocked. Test credentials never satisfy the production launch checklist. Offline methods can be production-ready without gateway credentials; online methods require merchant-issued credentials and a successful small-value sandbox/live verification.

Pakistan gateways

JazzCash verifies signed callback data. Easypaisa's unverified callback adapter is sandbox only and cannot be enabled in production; live readiness requires an official signed callback contract and credentials issued for the merchant account.

Order numbering

Orders are numbered sequentially starting at #1001. If you want your order numbers to look like ORD-1001 or 1001-PK, set a Prefix and/or Suffix here — a live preview shows exactly how it will look. This is purely a display wrapper: the underlying sequence never changes, and updating the prefix/suffix reformats every order immediately, past orders included.

Contact details

Public contact email and phone, plus your business address (used on invoices and legal pages) and country.

Social links & SEO

Add links to your store's social profiles, and set a default SEO title/description used whenever a page or product doesn't define its own.

Shipping

Two separate things live on the Shipping page:

Cart milestones

  • Free shipping — orders at or above this amount ship free storewide, and the storefront cart shows a progress bar toward it.
  • Free gift — a second cart milestone, shown after free shipping.
  • Custom milestone — a third, merchant-named perk (e.g. "Free Luxury Box!") with its own amount.

Each has its own on/off switch, independent of the amount, so you can keep a threshold on file and hide it from the cart without losing the number. All three amounts display in your store's currency automatically.

Shipping zones & rates

Add a zone (a name plus one or more country codes), then add rates inside it: a name, a price, an optional subtotal range it applies to, and an estimated delivery window. A store with zero zones can't quote shipping at checkout, so add at least one before launch.

Domain

Every store gets a free subdomain on this platform. To connect your own domain: enter it, then add the TXT verification record it gives you to your DNS provider, and click Verify. Once verified, SSL is issued automatically — no separate certificate step.

Plan & Billing

The Plan tab shows your current tier and its limits (products, staff, AI credits). Billing shows your invoice history and lets you update your payment method through a secure, hosted checkout — card details are never handled directly by this platform.
